 How long will it take to get here?


It usually takes us 3-5 business days to craft and ship your order. As soon as it's shipped, we send you an email with tracking information so you know exactly when it'll arrive. The map below shows how long our shipping carriers usually take to deliver an order once it's shipped (they occasionally take an extra day or so).

      

  Can you rush my order?


Unfortunately we can't, if you have a deadline in mind and we'll help you figure out whether your order can arrive on time.

There are two reasons we can't offer expedited shipping at this time. One is that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to custom-craft and ship an order, so shipping it overnight after that still wouldn't feel "overnight" as it would arrive several days later. However, it would still be billed at a huge premium from our carriers - we don't profit from shipping at all (it's billed at our cost) but even with the discounts our shipping carriers extend to us, shipping a frame overnight or 2-day is usually very expensive.

  Can I ship this as a gift?


You sure can! Make sure to fill out your billing information correctly, but put whoever you want (friend, family member) as the shipping address. Our shipping carriers can easily deliver your order there. We include a packing slip in each box that details its contents, but it doesn't list what you paid for the order (just like a gift receipt).

I made a mistake or need to adjust it!

What's your return policy?

 

  We want you happy!

If you're not satisfied with our frames for any reason, we want to know so we can make it right. We stand behind our workmanship and quality, and want to be the lifetime supplier for all of your framing needs.


  Making a return

Because all of our frames are custom-cut to the exact specifications on your order only after it is placed and can rarely be re-used or re-cut, a restocking fee of 15% will apply to cover some of our losses.

Also, please note:

  • Return shipping: The cost of shipping a returned product back to us is your responsibility.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are deducted from returned orders. We don't profit at all from shipping (it's billed at our cost to be fair to our customers).
  • Prints: We can't re-use any part of custom printed artwork, so custom prints are non-refundable and excluded from any refunds issued for returned frames.

 


  Shipment issues

Once in a blue moon, an order is not handled properly during shipping. Any orders which are lost, damaged and/or are missing items must be declared within 7 days of delivery. If your order is damaged, we need you to keep your protective packaging and notify us during this window so that we can file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. We can only help you if we hear about the issue within these 7 days.
